The individual will be responsible for assisting in maintenance of clubhouse, and amenities.
General knowledge of power tools and basic knowledge of trades is essential to understand repair problems and make minor adjustments.
Knowledge of and ability to perform required role during emergency situations.
Post-secondary vocational/technical training in electrical systems, minor carpentry and plumbing desirable.
Three
years' maintenance experience in an institutional or business setting.
Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.
